Member Success Stories
Real stories from real people achieving their wellness goals
"I came in with nagging shoulder pain that kept me off the pickleball court and impacted my baseball coaching. The sessions at Optimyzed have increased my range of motion and eased the pain. I'm back in the game!"
Brad
Active Dad
"As a firefighter, staying 'on the truck' and ready to perform is essential. I never realized this level of care was available for someone like me. With a goal of a 30-year career, proper support is vital to keeping my body from breaking down under the physical demands."
Lamine
Firefighter
"I'd never had the opportunity to work with an athletic trainer until now. It doesn't matter how I feel going into my appointments, I always feel better coming out. Rae is amazing at pinpointing where pain and muscle soreness originates and then treating it."
